The Journey of QUABOXES: From a Garage Startup to a Full-Time Venture

In 2020, I, Begum Kose, started a journey that would change the way we give gifts. As a mom and wife, I launched my company, QUABOXES, on Etsy, creating handmade baby items in my garage with a vision of meaningful gifting.

I faced many challenges and learned a lot while starting my business. I soon expanded to include thoughtful gifts for moms. Wanting to reach more people, I decided to offer a wider variety of products. One holiday season was particularly tough, with long hours and sleepless nights, but my commitment to my mission never wavered.

Celebrating the joy of gifting and the rewards of hard work, I decided to move from Etsy to my own e-commerce website, QUABOXES. This was a big milestone, showing my dedication and opening doors to a larger audience.

What makes QUABOXES special is the "Build Your Box" feature. This allows customers to create personalized gift boxes from a selection of products from popular brands. My background as a dietitian helps me bring a balance of creativity and precision to my offerings.

After college, I struggled to find a job that felt right. I discovered my passion for making gifting easy and meaningful. The story of QUABOXES is not just about running a business; it's about creating connections, spreading joy, and turning my passion into a thriving venture. Today, I work full-time in my new workshop, continuing to make gifting a delightful and memorable experience for everyone.
